Soul Tending
Embrace a Day of tending to all the layers of your being.
Somatically we’ll move our bodies and rest them deeply. Energetically we will clear what is stagnant and unhelpful, and bring in a fresh vibrancy. Emotions will be allowed to be expressed and our voices heard. Mentally, we will challenge outdated belief systems and recurrent thoughts. Creatively, we will open to the flow and see what emerges. Spiritually we will connect to our Selves and to the greater animate forces in this miraculous web of life. Integrating all these parts we remember our inherent wholeness.
Healing and tending within the sacred container of community is a powerfully transformative experience. Helping us to heal on an individual, collective, and ancestral level.

Our cozy home away from home where we can all show up as we are. A space of deep growth, community healing, and collective change.
You’ll be nourished by a hearty, warming, lunch and ample snacks and beverages. Provided by the amazingly talented Dawn Tassi.
Our time together will begin at 9am and end at 5pm, with a lunch in the middle.
