Ritual Dance

A 2 hour long somatic experience rooted in community. We will connect to ourselves, each other, and the animate forces within and without through the sacred ceremony of movement and sound.

Movement, rhythms, and sound can lead us into altered states of consciousness, thereby opening portals into different layers of being, connecting, and inner-standing.

Set to inspiring playlists with an emphasis on creativity, play, curiosity, and freedom. The flow of ritual will begin slowly with grounding and embodiment. We will build up to an enraptured state with the music and then take our time to rest. Come as you are.
